Ms Lyus has literally seen it all. She’s almost a centenarian but still sharp as ever. She was not willing to compromise her wrist function after a severely displaced wrist fracture. We tried to convince her otherwise but after listening to her goals and demands she places on her wrist with various hobbies and activities we elected to proceed with surgical fixation. Less than 2 months later and it’s almost as if she never had surgery. It was a pleasure helping get our centenarian back to an active healthy lifestyle!
